Little Pamonha - Corn (25)
Pamonha is an authentic countryside dish made from sweet corn in Brazil. Very popular in June and July in festive fairs across the country. Usually made in the farms it's full of affective memories! Originally Pamonha can be sweet or salty. The corn is grated and seasoned to make a paste what is wrapped in the corn husks and boiled in water.
