Cajuzinho or Little Cashew (Peanuts)
Cajuzinho is a Brazilian sweet made from PEANUTS, common in birthday parties. The candy, when ready, is usually molded in the shape of a cashew, imitating the fruit with a nut on top, which justifies its name.
Originally, the cajuzinho was made with cashew pulp in the North and Northeast. With the northeastern emigration, the sweet arrived in the South and Southeast. From then on its composition was changed - the cashew pulp gave way to the peanuts, keeping only the traditional format.
Ingredients: Condensed milk, peanut, butter, sugar.
